In reply to your request dated March 23, 1998 for documents of any type that relate to the Pickens Festival.  The City of Pickens makes a donation of $500.00 to the Civitan Club.  This donation is not restricted to any particular event.  Also, the City issued a permit to the Civitan Club for the festival.  Should you need further information, please contact me at 878-6421.
